I read an artical from a Dr Atkins, whom promotes to your teaching of helping individuals overcoming this worldwide problem.

He said that the best ways to aviod becoming obese is to reduce one&#039;s intake of carbohydrates.

The maximum amount of carbohydeates that a person should eat on a daily basics is no more then 20 grams, untill the individual has reached the ideal weight.

And once the individual has reached to the ideal weight, we should eat no more the 100 grams per day.

This will in Dr Atkins opinon stablise one weight.

The sad situation that we see in the world to day is that individuals are eating themself&#039;s to death by eating thousands of grams of carbohydrates per day, which I beleive turns to excess suger, which turns to extra fat around the belley.
