Local authors Pat and Kim Messier will present highlights from their 2014 book, Reassessing Hallmarks of Native Southwest Jewelry (Schiffer Publishing Co). They will give special attention to one artist, Awa Tsireh (1898-1955), of San Ildefonso Pueblo, whom they researched extensively for their 2019 publication about the famous Garden of the Gods Trading Post in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
