ASM has scheduled three public forums associated with the Draft Proposal to Increase Fees for Services performed pursuant to ARS Title 41, Chapter 4.1, Article 4 and § 41-865. These public forums provide opportunities for face-to-face meetings with stakeholders during the public comment period to answer questions and solicit feedback on the draft proposal. Meetings will be held in Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Tucson.

As specified in ARS § 15-1631 (as amended), the Arizona State Museum posted a Draft Proposal to Increase Fees for Services performed pursuant to ARS Title 41, Chapter 4.1, Article 4 and § 41-865 on 11 December 2024. The draft proposal was published in the Arizona Administrative Register on 07 February 2025.
As specified in ARS § 15-1631 (as amended), the Arizona State Museum will accept public comment, from 10 February 2025 through 11 March 2025, on its Draft Proposal to Increase Fees for Services. Public comment may include written comments, comments submitted through e-mail, and oral comments. ASM will also provide opportunities for face-to-face meetings with stakeholders during this public comment period.

As specified in ARS § 15-1631 (as amended), the Arizona State Museum provides Notice of Intent to Increase Fees for Services performed pursuant to ARS Title 41, Chapter 4.1, Article 4 and § 41-865.
Pursuant to ARS § 15-1631(E)(1), a comprehensive list of persons who have requested notification of proposed fee changes, proposed policy changes, or any other proposed changes relating to the state museum is being compiled.
